Fine Print

• The Health & Fitness Consult must be conducted prior to the first Personal Training session.
• Personal Training sessions are 45 minutes in duration.
• The Health & Fitness Consult will determine if you are fit for exercise with a Trainer, but if you have any concerns, it is your responsibility to consult with your General Practitioner.
• The 14 Day Gym Pass can be extended to 24-hour access if purchaser pays a fully-refundable deposit of $60 for a 24-hour access key. Access key must be returned for deposit to be refunded.
• One deal can be redeemed per individual. Purchaser must be new to Amanda Bakker Personal Trainer, and not have previously attended an initial Health & Fitness Assessment or Personal Training session. Purchaser may or may not be a member of Anytime Fitness.
• PT Sessions must be booked within the same period as Two Week Gym Access.
• The Deal may be used by the purchaser or given as a gift to a friend or family member however must be used within the remaining expiry period.
• Voucher is valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
